  • A year ago, I decided to make Lifechurch360 my home church. Honestly, REAL life is happening here. When I first started attending the church I just went about my business, signing my kids in to kids church and grabbing a chai tea at the coffee stand. What I didn't notice at first, was each person in the leadership team was at every stop I made. They were warmly greeting people as they walked in, giving high-fives and hugs, entrenched in conversation with a group of individuals or working in a room with the kids. They were so down to earth, approachable and highly involved, that I thought they were volunteers. This was a good thing for me because I always felt insecure and a bit timid when I first met someone in leadership. Now, I just say' Hi,_____," and often get a great chat in, too. In just one year, through the compassionate, yet fun-loving and authentic leadership and church family, I have grown more than I have in many years. I have kids in every level of school, elementary, middle school and nearing graduation. This church goes out of their way to make sure each child is noticed, cared for and spiritually nurtured. The youth group is definitely not boring! They talk about real-life issues and get right to the core of things. Stephen Masters( youth padtor)speaks, clearly, about real life, In away that causes students to evaluate their own lives. In fact, the youth group has grown exponentially this last year. And for those who are heading to college, there's a new Monday night group, just for you. You won't find a stuffy, dull, clique-ish environment. You'll find an authentic, real life place, with people just like you, who are in the trenches of life. Your growth will be encouraged through continuous opportunities to serve in whatever capacity you find interesting. Tools, like bible study groups, groups for all ages and seasons, fun groups for those who just want to play, or intense groups for those who want to dig deeper. If you'd prefer a low-key, laid back, conversational type church, then try 'Coffee House Church' every Sunday evening. If you're not sure where to start, anyone is happy to help, just ask. And if you're looking for an opportunity to grow in service, like I was, the sky is the limit here. Just stop and talk to Matt Simonis(associate pastor), who loves to help people find their specific niche in ministry and help you on your journey. For me, Lifechurch360 is a breathe of fresh air, not only do I look forward to going, but my kids do, too. And that's saying a lot.
